It immersed it self in a water puddle and was cured. She then let her son put his limb in the water and it was cured completely. After that, she built a hut near the fountain and invited many ill or injured people to bathe and treat their diseases there.

Currency museum This museum offers visitors a chance to see the history of the currency and stamps of Korea as well as other countries in Asia and the west. You can spend only one day to time travel of Baekje and Joseon dynasty. You can enjoy the fancy cultural assets of Baekje and the beauty of a grayish blue powered celadon in Gongju! Muryung Royal Tomb It is a royal tobm of King ‘Muryung’, the 25th king of Baekje Dynasty which is very important to research of the history. The artifacts from the tomb are the foundation of the research of Baekje’s culture and main products are potteries metal products, and accessories. Especially the culture of Baekje was relatively fancy comparing other countries in the same age. The golden accessories, silver belts prove these are strongly recommended to see. Gongju National Museum The museum keeps and exhibits artifacts from Chungchongnam?do including Gongju and investigates the excavation of national/international artifacts. Since Gongju was a capital of Baekje and found over 3,000 artifacts from Royal Tomb, the museum has various contents of fancy culture of Baekje.

Introducing Buyeo gun Buyeo was once a capital of Baekje Dynasty. The 26th King of Baekje transfer the capital from Gongju since Buyeo has a beautiful scenery and great living condition. Buyeo quickly became a center of diplomatic activities and developed great cultures for 123 years. The place also influenced to Japanese cultures and there are many visitors from Japan these days. Nakhwaam (Tel. 041-832-0101) A rock filled with flowers~! The night when Baekje collapsed, (A.C.660) the women in Baekje killed themselves to keep their fidelities. Later people compared that figure to falling flowers and named the rock after it. The color of rock is red and it looks like the blood of women colored the rock. The Kiam cliff looks better from the cruise ship. Tip: Nakhwaam! The original name is Tasaam and it is changed to Nakhwaam since the collapsed of Baekje Dynasty. The women who though themselves are more then 3,000 and the accident became an origin of the famous ‘3,000 maid of honor’ in ‘Samkuksagi’. Mt. Buso Castle ruins There are a couple of earthen fortresses in Mt. Buso. They are named after the mountain Buso and it shows the techniques of ancient architecture. Tip: Mt. Buso Mt. Buso is looking at the river Baekma was originally located in Chungju, Chungcheongbuk-do. When Sungwang transfer the capital from Gongju to Boyeo, he didn’t announce to god of dragon. and the god was very upset so let a ton of rain to the area. During the heavy rain, the Mt. Buso was swept away to Gongju.

The palace was named Gyeongbokgung, the "Palace Greatly Blessed by Heaven." With Mount Bugaksan to its rear and Mount Namsan in the foreground, the site of Gyeong-bokgung Palace was at the heart of Seoul and, indeed, deemed auspicious according to the traditional practice of geomancy. In front of Gwanghwamun Gate, the main entrance to the palace, ran Yukjo-geori (Street of Six Ministries, today's Sejongno), home to major government offices. Along the central axis upon which Gwang-hwamun Gate stood was the nucleus of the palace, including the throne hall, reception hall and king's residence.

Namsan hanok village A folk village located in the middle of the city , more specifically, in the area called pil-dong , at the foot of the northen part of Namsan,First opened to the public in 1997 after four-eals of construction, the village has five authentic old korean Hanoks that have been transported from other parts of the country and restored to perfection with traditional gardens, pavilions ,and ponds. The village is also available for wedding ceremonies , which take place two or tree times a week .visitors can also view and purchase traditional ceremonic arts and crafts in the exhibition hall. Seoul Tower "N" from N Seoul tower stands for new, Namsan and natural Seoul Tower. Most visitors ride the Namsan cable car up the mountain, and then walk to the tower. The tower features a gift shop and restaurants on the ground floor. Visitors may go to up the tower for a fee. There are four obsevation decks(the 4th observation deck, whish is the revolving restaurant , rotates at a rate of one revolution every 48 minutes), as well as gift shops and two restaurants. it is a popular place to go on clear days to see most of Seoul. Myeongdong Myeong-dong street is a one kilometer area from Myeong -dong Station to Euljiro and Lotte Department store. Myeong -dong is the busiest region in Seoul and is the leader in korean fashion trends. Not only will you find large shopping malls and famous brand name shops where you can find clothing and shoes, but fast food chains, cozy cafes and specialty restaurants fill the alleys. Cheonggye stream In July 1.2005, the Cheonggyecheon Restoration Project kicked off under a grand vision of transforming Seoul into an environment-friendly city. With the completion of the twenty-seven month long project, the clean and pleasant waterway came in to the great delight of all seoul citizens again. there is no doubt that Seoul Metropolitan City was reborn into the world as leading city bringing nature, culture and history together.
