Registration Fee discounts are available for selected Call for Papers presenter and submitters. On-line registration will be available on March 26th, 2010.

After the completion of registration, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address that you provided for registration
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact our office to verify your email.
Registration payment is still required after applying for registration online. Otherwise, registration cannot be completed.
A letter confirming your registration will be sent to you once your payment has been confirmed.

Online Registration (Web)
Please click the ‘online registration’ button below and enter all the required information. You are required to sign up for our membership for registration. Log in with your own username and password in order to register.

If you missed the deadline for online application, you can still register on-site.

Registration can only be completed if the payment is made before the deadline.

Credit card
Payment by credit card is allowed for both online and on-site registration.
Payment will be made to the account of ‘Daedeok Innopolis’.
Wire Transfer
The bank remittance must be completed by May 10, 2010
When you remit the registration fee, the sender's name should be same as the participant's name. If it is not idential, please send the remittance slip to the conference secretariat by e-mail (Iasp.reg@gmail.com) or fax(+82-42-865-8849).
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the applicants. The total payment must include all the registration fees PLUS all bank remittance charges.
The unpaid bank remittance charge will be collected on the on-site registration date.
According to IASP Conference Secretariat procedures, if the deposit amount does not include the bank remittance fees, we will be completing your payment at the on-site registration desk. In addition, the amount must be paid in Korean won (KRW) according to the current exchange rate.

Cancellation & Refund policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail(reg@ddi.or.kr), or by fax(+82-42-865-8849)
Refund amount less administration fees of 80€ will be made for all cancellation requests received on or befor May 3, 2010
No refund will be made for any cancellations received on or after May 4,2010.
Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to subsequent Conferences.
All refunds will be made after the congress for administrative reasons.
