Dear IASP 2010 Daedeok Conference Delegates, Welcome! We sincerely appreciate your interest in the 27th IASP World Conference on Science & Technology Parks. With about a month left until the opening of our conference, we have put together a reminder checklist to ensure the safe arrival of all our delegates to Daejeon and our conference. If you have yet to finish any of these items, please refer to our official homepage or contact us via email at iasp.reg@gmail.com. Thank you. Have you... ♦ Registered? -Review the registration information (https://iasp2010ddi.com/eng/sub04/sub0401.html) and signup via our official homepage. ♦ Paid the registration fees? -If you wish to pay by credit card, log into our official homepage (https://iasp2010ddi.com/users/login) and complete the registration process till the very last step. -A separate window will open where you can enter your information. ♦ Received confirmation of your registration fee payment? -Once you have paid for your conference registration fee, you should receive a letter reflecting this action. -If you have yet to receive this documentation, please contact us via email iasp.reg@gmail.com. ♦ Reserved a hotel room? -Review the participating conference hotels (https://iasp2010ddi.com/eng/sub06/sub0601.html). -Use our convenient accommodation reservation form system to book your room. ♦ Received confirmation of your hotel reservation? -Once you have filled out your form, you should receive a confirmation letter from your hotel. If you have yet to receive the form, please directly contact your hotel. ♦ Booked your air ticket to Seoul Incheon International Airport? ♦ Chosen your method of transportation to Daejeon? -Please refer to our transportation page (https://iasp2010ddi.com/eng/sub01/sub0104_2.html) where you can review the available methods of travel to and from the airport and Daejeon. -Also, from our conference venue to the participating hotels, we are operating a shuttle system for your convenience. ♦ Signed up for our exhibition and tour programs? -We are opening our International Exhibition on Green Hi-Tech (https://iasp2010ddi.com/eng/sub05/sub0501.html) and offering a variety of tour programs (https://iasp2010ddi.com/eng/sub08/sub0801.html). -Make sure to sign-up before the spaces fill up! | |||
